you're in an office. and in this office, you observe that a female coworker frequently volunteers to work on team projects that a particular male coworker is a part of.

she often spends considerable time chatting in said male coworker's office. and when said male coworker is seen standing around talking with other coworkers, even if he's talking one on one with someone, the female coworker frequently finds a reason to join in the conversation.

the female coworker often finds a seat beside the male coworker during meetings and other office gatherings.

what conclusion(s), if any, could you or would you draw from this hypothetical scenario?
