the holiday season is a very difficult time for many people, for a broad spectrum of reasons. suicide rates tend to increase during this time of year.

so this Christmas season (and all other seasons really), make it a point to hug someone, smile at someone, offer a kind word to someone.

you never whose life you may be saving. we walk past thousands of people daily, and we have no idea what goes on in their hearts, minds and lives.
