Who is your favorite author and why?
it's hard to answer, as i don't have a single favorite. but i guess if i have to pick one for now, my fave author would be Pablo Neruda - a poet but author nonetheless. as for why, just read some of his poems in english and spanish. he's awesome.
Who was your first favorite author and why?
My first favorite authors were Stan and Jan Berenstein! :-D i had (and still have) just about every Berenstein Bears book they ever wrote. i'm hoping my kids will love them as much as i did.
Who is the most recent addition to your favorite authors and why?
probably William P. Young - a Christian fiction author. he's very dramatic and gives phenomenal detail. you can literally picture every scene he describes.
If someone asked you who your favorite authors were right now, which authors would pop out of your mouth?
i love both adult and children's authors so i'll name a few of both: Neta Jackson; Toni Cade Bambara; Mark Hall; Rita Dove; Barbara Park; Ann M. Martin; Judy Delton; Peggy Parish; David A. Adler;
