THIS song gets me pumped every. single. time!

i think i ran like 3 miles last night nonstop listening to this song on repeat. in such a fabulous zone this puts me. (wish i could embed vid but it was disabled)

AND there is a new lifeguard at the pool who may be the cause of my drowning, he's so aesthetically favored.

looks like i'll be upping my swims to 7 days a week :-)
