*i'm 5'4" tall
*i'm the youngest of all the sibs - i have one bio sister, 3 stepbros and a stepsis on my mom's side, and one stepbro on my dad's side.
*i have dimples
*i have 3 tattoos
*i have six ear piercings (3 in each ear)
*i didn't get my driver's license until i was 22
*i put a huge dent in my brand new car 3 weeks after i drove it off the lot (stupid pole in a stupid too-small bank stupid drive-thru lane)
*when i was a little girl, i used to wrap a scarf around my head and pretend i was a nun.
*i also used to dress up in my mom's clothes and heels, sit on the couch with my "baby" and
pretend i was waiting for a bus (don't ask...i was, am, and always will be a little "special")
*when i was in elementary school, i had a crush on an older boy (2 grades older than me, i think), and i ran up to him and kissed him one day. my sister told my parents - blabbermouth.
*i first really kissed a boy when i was in the sixth grade, in a movie theater. i had no idea what i was doing, but i was trying to mimic what i had seen on tv.
*i'm a singer (and used to be really involved in singing activities)
*i once aspired to learn acoustic guitar. that guitar now only serves to look very cute leaning against my bedroom wall, collecting dust. one day, i will learn...one day.
*i was valedictorian of my 8th grade class - and cried during my graduation speech. i'm SO emotional.
*i inherited my mom's wide feet
*i inherited my dad's stubbornness
*i've never in my life been in a physical fight
*i wore two different dresses my prom night (long story)
*though i was still dating Jason at prom time, he was not my prom date - i went with a guy friend (another long story)
*i wear contacts and am blind as a bat without them
*i will never get laser eye surgery - "laser" and "eye" should not be in the same sentence
*i've never ever had lobster
*i've always hated fish and only ate it once or twice as a kid
*i've also always hated milk and refused to drink it or put it in cereal as a kid (yeah, i ate dry
cereal, in a bowl, with a spoon, lol...told you i was "special")
*i haven't eaten beef or pork since i was in high school
*i think i was always destined to be a vegan
*i've been vegan for 7 years
*but then again, i also hated vegetables as a kid, so go figure that one out
*i am obsessed with old tv sitcoms like "I Love Lucy" (and old 70s and 80s shows)
*i have only been in 3 real relationships ("real" as in "love")
*i don't really have many "friends", just a lot of "people" in my life - i don't really feel that close
to most of them
*i LOVE rollercoasters!!!!!!!!!!! can't wait for summer!!!

*i used to straighten/relax my hair but went natural 5 years ago
*3 days before college graduation, i stood in front of my dorm bathroom mirror and cut all my
hair off. it was reaaaaaally short. i loved it.

*i have awful pollen allergies. i think satan invented pollen (just kidding)
*i had asthma as a kid - i guess i outgrew it because the symptoms eventually went away
*i hardly ever get colds - maybe once every few years, if that. i really think it's the vegan thing.
*i am ALWAYS cold, and i have a heater under my desk. and i crank my heat at home on full blast every day. i'm going to be sad when they turn it off for the summer :-(
*i'm also typically iron-deficient. you know things are bleak when the Red Cross rejects your blood...TWICE. picky little organization, aren't they...

*i once very briefly worked as an on-call spanish interpretor/translator. that job ended the night they woke me at 2am because some guy who didn't speak english got arrested for a DUI and i had to translate his Miranda Rights over the phone in spanish and explain to him how the breathilizer test works. that spelled 'Done' for me.
*i'm afraid of people dressed up as animals (think Chuck-E-Cheese's), mimes, and clowns. they are all demons in disguise, especially that Ronald McDonald - i don't care how much charity work he does. my kids will NEVER have a clown at their party.
*i used to read my sister's diary when i was a kid - her life was very exciting.
*i still have my childhood/teenage diary. i'm amazed at the stuff i used to write.
*i attempted to attempt suicide twice as a teenager - meaning, i made "arrangements" but i was
too scared and could never go through with the actual attempt.
*i have never told anyone that before
*i first started bulimic tendencies when i was in high school
*the first time i ever got drunk i was a junior in HS
*i was really involved in high school (community service, clubs/organizations, etc). i did nothing constructive in college (except work)
*i first gave my heart to Jesus when i was in junior high, around 10 or 11 years old. many of my diary entries were written to Him.
*i rededicated my life to Him in 2003. to me, that was the beginning of our true relationship.
*i got for real baptized (the first time was when i was a wee youngin', and didn't count) in 2006. i cried and cried. that was a great day. i want to do it again :-)
*when i was 10, my paternal grandma took my sister and i to Atlantic City and i played kiddie slot machines that dispensed tokens that you could cash in for toys and prizes. how sick is that? i guess the AC is trying to start them out young...
*that is the only time i've ever been to anything casino-like. i've never gambled in my life. partly because perpetual brokeness has taught me not to throw away money on something that won't give it back, and partly because i've never had a desire to (thank God b/c i could see me getting addicted)
*i believe that Mocha Fudge Soy Dream is the greatest dessert ever on the planet. take that, Breyers!
*i love coffee but can't drink it much because my body doesn't tolerate caffeine well - my heart speeds and my hands shake

*i am terrified of giving birth, and watching "Deliver Me" doesn't help. remind me to give Eve a good SLAP talking-to when i see her in Heaven.
*i was born 2 weeks early, via C-Section.
*i may be biased, but i think my mommy's the best one anywhere.

*i love to be barefoot. i am not one of those women who loves shoes. i only wear them because people say "no shoes, no shirt, no service." plus, gross people spit on the sidewalks, so shoes come in handy. oh yeah, and i've stepped on glass before. it hurts. a lot. so yeah, shoes are useful i guess...
*i love a good museum.
