vegan stuff



i made this for dinner last night. can you say, YUM? so. much. yum.

i was proud of myself - it went down without much of a fight (not the whole pizza of course, duh)

i DID however do Pilates afterwards. i couldn't help it.

baby steps people...baby steps.

anyways,

ingredients, in case you wanna try it:

* Tuscan Six-grain dough by Rustic Crusts, which i lightly brushed with olive oil
* Combo of Soy Mozzarella and Soy Monterey Jack "cheese"
* Muir Glen Organic Pizza sauce (plain) to which i added oregano, cilantro, basil and...something
else i think (can't remember)
* Fresh Green Bell Peppers
* Fresh Yellow Onions
* Fresh Broccoli
* Fresh Tomato chunks

baked at 425 for roughly 20 mins (until crust was a nice pretty brown and the cheese has melted nicely)

all vegan, all natural, all good :-)
