i wish i could write like this

i was listening to an old favorite song of mine the other day, "Angel" by Sarah MacLachlan. that song has always touched my heart. i hadn't listened to this album in awhile and had forgotten how beautiful it was, especially this particular song. don't know if you've ever listened to any of her music, but SM is a wonderful songwriter/singer, with one of the most hypnotic and melodic voices i've ever heard. anyway, although it seems a bit hokey, i felt compelled to put the lyrics of "Angel" up here, just for the hell of it. the lyrics are so gorgeous that i had to share them for those who may have never heard it. so here goes:
